Job summary

Reliable Cars in Springfield, MO is seeking a friendly Cashier/Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer calls, and direct customers to the right department. You will maintain a professional, efficient front desk and support the sales team as needed.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, pay of $17 per hour, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person.
• Introduce customers to the salesperson and work with internal teams.
• Type memos, correspondence, and reports; assist in scheduling sales appointments.

Responsibilities

Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson

Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

Professional appearance and eager to improve in all aspects

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9a.6p with rotating Saturdays. When working Saturdays, off on Wednesdays

Pay: $17 / Hour
