Job summary

Sunset Chevrolet-Buick-GMC in Florida is seeking a friendly Cashier-Receptionist to join a stable, family-owned dealership within Sunset Automotive Group. You will greet customers, handle payments, and support general office tasks in a busy front-office environment.

The role is in-person and full-time, Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, with no Sundays or late evenings. Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, and Reynolds & Reynolds or Excel knowledge is helpful.

• Outstanding customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with cashiering and basic math.
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Cashier-Receptionist needed to join our team at Sunset Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships. You will be joining a stable, locally and family owned and operated dealership group with a long history of caring for our clients, our team members, and our community.

Schedule is in-person and full-time, with availability needed Monday-Saturday 8-5:30.
No Sundays or late evenings. 40 hrs/week

Cashier - Receptionist Requirements

In this key role, you will represent our dealership by providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone to our valued clients. You will process payments and record them in our accounting software, file, and perform other office/clerical work as needed. If you are the kind of person who likes to make people feel comfortable and who can be organized and on top of things, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

• Outstanding customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a friendly, helpful demeanor
• Ability to perform general cashiering duties, including basic math
• Excellent phone skills, ability to multi-task & general office/computer skills
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting preferred, but not required
• Previous Automotive dealership experience a plus
