Hours are M-F 3:30pm-7pm and Saturday 8am-6pm

We are seeking a part-time Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. This individual will handle incoming calls at the dealership, identify the purpose of each call, and direct callers accordingly. The role also requires basic accounting skills, including routine functions in accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Calculate customer bills using the dealership’s computer system
• Receive and record payments via cash, checks, and credit cards
• Make change accurately and provide receipts
• Answer phones, direct customers to the appropriate department, and follow up promptly
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer issues to the appropriate personnel
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with callers, minimizing hold times
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor with customers and staff
• Familiarize yourself with departmental procedures to assist customers effectively

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends
• Ability to communicate customer needs and requests to management and sales staff

• Clean driving record
