Description

Location: 3600 Civic Center Blvd, Phila, PA 19104

Title: Cashier

Pay: $15/hr

Shift: 7am-3pm M-F

Cashier responsible for operating a specified parking lot by performing cash transactions and providing excellent customer service. The Cashier ensures proper ticket handling and guest payments while delivering service that exceeds customer expectations. The role involves taking payments, assisting guests entering or exiting, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to maintain cash handling procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate cash transactions
  • Organize cash and tickets
  • Sort cash and tickets throughout the day
  • Prepare cash control sheets accurately
  • Report overages and shortages
  • Maintain adequate change supply
  • Complete all required documentation neatly
  • Keep work environment organized and clean
  • Clean booth interior and windows
  • Maintain signage and equipment
  • Pick up garbage and change bags in lot
  • Ensure supplies are organized
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Secure cash and control sheets
  • Report unusual occurrences
  • Be punctual and punch timecards correctly
  • Follow dress code and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Provide courteous customer service
  • Greet guests and assist with questions
  • Issue and collect parking tickets
  • Reconcile receipts and cash daily
  • Perform revenue drops as per procedure
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area
  • Answer phones promptly
  • Report accidents or safety concerns
  • Communicate professionally with guests and team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally with guests
  • Quick learner with sound decision-making skills
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Basic math skills
