Tantillo Auto Group in St. James, NY is seeking a Service Receptionist for Infiniti of Smithtown and Smithtown Nissan under new ownership. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service in the Service Department and provides administrative support.

You will handle cashiering, answer phones, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with the service and parts teams to keep operations running smoothly. Excellent communication and a professional, friendly demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities
