Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Plains Township, PA, is seeking a Cashier Receptionist to join Napleton's Wyoming Valley Subaru. You will handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate totals to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused with cash handling experience, a professional appearance, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays. High school diploma required; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Located at Napleton's Woming Valley Subaru, theCashier Receptionist is critical to out customer’s experience. The Cashier Receptionist isresponsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused
