Cashier/Receptionist/Phone Operator.

Duties:

• Your goal is to provide the ultimate in customer service to everyone that you interact with.
• Your focus is on ensuring ongoing communication with the customers and the Cole Valley Cadillac staff.
• You will answer the main phone line, transfer calls, take messages, and greet customers when they arrive at the Cole Valley Cadillac.
• As the cashier/receptionist, you will take payments from customers and ensure they have their invoices before they leave.
• The cashier/receptionist also supports the Manager, Parts Manager, Technicians, and Sales staff when needed.
• Must be able to perform scheduling and phone callbacks.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Requirements:

• This position does require customer service experience and strong computer skills.
• Work hours include some Saturdays.
