Job summary

Clawson Motorsports in Fresno, CA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to serve customers, answer phones, process payments (card, cash, checks), and perform light clerical tasks with a warm, welcoming demeanor. You will represent the store professionally and help maintain smooth daily operations.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, show strong attention to detail, work well in a team, multitask, and be eager to learn. Automotive or motorcycle retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility of the candidate will be to serve the customers. In addition, they will be required to answer phone calls, accept payments (card, cash, gift cards, checks), and perform basic clerical work, such as light office filing. The primary focus of the candidate should be on serving others and representing Clawson with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

The approximate pay range for this position is $16.90-$17.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location for this position.

Qualifications

Candidates with prior experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry will be preferred. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable being on their feet for long hours, possess exceptional attention to detail, be a team player, multitask, be self-motivated, and be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls. A willingness to learn is also essential.
