About the Role:

Mollie Stone's Market is seeking a part-time Apprentice Cashier at our Tower location. The ideal candidate will be customer service driven and flexible to handle various tasks daily.

Essential Functions:

• Processing sales at the register.
• Scanning items accurately and efficiently; identifying produce items properly.
• Handling money.
• Bagging groceries and providing carry-out service if needed.
• Retrieving baskets and carts for the store.
• Performing cleanup and housekeeping duties.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting with customer inquiries.
• Maintaining knowledge of weekly ad items and directing customers to product locations.
• Restocking inventory, conducting price checks, and returning products to proper shelves.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to learn new technology.
• Willingness to train and work in other store areas as needed.
• Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Local candidates only.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to 8 hours per day.
• Walking for up to 6 hours per day.
• Reaching for up to 4 hours per day.
• Note: PPE may be required as mandated by company policy for COVID-19.

Pay Range:

$19.45 - $23.50/hour depending on experience.
