Qualifications

• Experience in cashier or customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong payment handling and basic math skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one on hire.
• Desired 1-2 years of experience.

• Take and enter customer orders quickly and correctly into the POS system.
• Communicate order details clearly to kitchen staff to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Assist with restocking supplies, condiments, and front-of-house items as needed.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff for orders; will be trained to assist in back of house as needed.

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Desired 1 -2 years of experience
