Layne's Chicken Fingers is hiring a cashier in Waycross, GA. Your main role is to greet guests, ensure they receive their food promptly, and deliver a friendly, party-like experience.

You will clean and maintain an immaculate dining area, restock condiments, assist with prep, and help guests have a fun, comfortable visit.

Requirements: at least 16 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 10–55 lbs, flexible schedule, and strong communication.

THE ROLE:

As a Cashier your main responsibility will be to take care of our guests, greeting them. Each guest needs to feel as though they are attending a party that we are hosting for them. You will make sure they get their food in a timely manner, that they have the necessary condiments, beverages, and anything else they need to make their visit to Layne's a special one. You will also be responsible for cleaning and keeping our restaurant immaculate and making sure our guests can relax and eat their food in a clean and tidy environment. A huge part of who we are and what we are about is our fun loving, non-corporate environment, so as a Layne's Cashier you will be part of our culture which ensures everyone has fun while we serve our guests our "Soon to be Famous"™ Chicken Fingers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be the smiling face of the organization; greeting and kindly helping guests.
• Clean off tables, so our new guests will have a great experience.
• Restock condiments station.
• Assist with prep.
• Interact with guests and have fun.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably have experience in a fast-food concept.
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
