Job summary

Flame Broiler is opening in Austin, TX, seeking friendly, energetic Cashiers / Kitchen Helpers to join our team. You will support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment and gain well-rounded restaurant experience.

We offer paid on-the-job training, cover your Food Handler Certificate, and growth potential with hours starting at 25–35 per week. A free employee meal and an employee discount are provided per shift.

Qualifications

• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler Certificate (covered/reimbursed by us).
• Comfortable multitasking and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and process orders accurately.
• Call out completed orders and restock front-of-house supplies.
• Bus tables and keep the dining room clean.
• Assemble rice bowls and assist with cooking meats/vegetables.
• Prep and chop fresh vegetables.
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen area.

Requirements:

• Positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
