Kj’s Market in South Carolina is seeking a part-time associate to provide friendly guest service and accurate checkout support. The role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and strong benefits as part of a family-owned company.

You will process guest orders, handle cash, bag items, and help maintain a clean, efficient store flow while assisting teammates to create smiles in the community. This position is ideal for students or locals who value teamwork and good communication.

• Process guest orders accurately to ensure proper recording of sales.
• Handle all monies and tender to ensure proper accounting of all transactions.
• Bag guest orders, place in cart or hand to guest, and follow carryout practices.
• Work well with all team members to grow community.
• Continually maintain clean work area.
• Direct guest into his/her lane to maintain guest flow and checkout timing.
• Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process guest orders to insure proper recording of sales.
• Accurately handle all monies and tender to insure proper accounting of all transactions.
• Properly bag guest orders, place in cart or hand to guest, and follow the Floco Foods carryout practices.
• Work well with all team members to grow community.
• Continually maintain clean work area.
• Direct guest into his/her lane to maintain guest flow and achieve the Guest Arrival standard of no more than two guest waiting at one lane to checkout.
• Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. constantly.
