Job summary

Kj’s Market in Georgia is seeking part-time team members to support guest service, order processing, and carryout procedures with accuracy and courtesy. You will handle monetary transactions, bag orders, and help maintain a clean work area while following store procedures.

You’ll join a friendly team with flexible schedules, weekly pay, and benefits including a 401K plan and tuition assistance as part of our growing family-owned store.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Demonstrates successful use of math skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Effective communication and guests service skills.
• Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load guests orders into cars.

Responsibilities

Accurately handle all monies and tender to insure proper accounting of all transactions.

Properly bag guests orders, place in cart or hand to guests, and follow the Floco Foods carryout practices.

Direct guests into his/her lane to maintain guests flow and achieve the Guests Arrival standard of no more than two guests waiting at one lane to checkout.

Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
