Job summary

Kj's Market in Augusta, GA is seeking part-time crew members to provide friendly guest service and accurate checkout support. You will handle transactions, bag orders, and assist guests with loading their groceries while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented, able to stand long shifts, and comfortable with lifting and cart handling. Flexible schedules and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process guest orders accurately for sales recording.

• Direct guests to lanes to ensure smooth checkout flow.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process guests orders to insure proper recording of sales.
• Accurately handle all monies and tender to insure proper accounting of all transactions.
• Properly bag guests orders, place in cart or hand to guests, and follow the Floco Foods carryout practices.
• Work well with all team members to grow community.
• Continually maintain clean work area.
• Direct guests into his/her lane to maintain customer flow and achieve the Guests Arrival standard of no more than two customers waiting at one lane to checkout.
• Maintain cash controls and procedures to eliminate shrink.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
