VVG is looking for a Parts Cashier to join our team in Whittier, CA for following hours: Saturday (7AM to 6 PM) / Sunday (7AM to 4PM)

What You’ll Do:

As a Cashier your main responsibility is to receive payments from customers who are purchasing parts. Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Greets customers immediately in a courteousmanner
• Treats customers fairly and honestly and demonstrates company’s commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices
• Receives payments from customers
• Prints invoices
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones and assisting customers
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Cashiering experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check

Compensation:

• $20.00 - 21.00/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Part-time position
