ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greet, make eye contact, and thank each guest that you service.
2. Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
3. Project a professional appearance in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy.
4. Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area in accordance with policies and procedures.
5. Fill all guest orders with care and efficiency, including bagging groceries, performing price checks, loading carts, and carry outs.
6. Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain sufficient stock levels of Front End supplies.
8. Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Reliability.
• Basic literacy and computer skills.
• Satisfactory performance reviews.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sitting constantly for 5-8 hours.
