ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest you serve.
• Provide a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests' expectations.
• Project a professional appearance in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area at all times, following company policies and procedures.
• Fill guest orders with care and efficiency, including bagging groceries, performing price checks, loading carts, and carry-outs.
• Operate the bottle return area safely, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels of front-end supplies.
• Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Reliability.
• Basic literacy and computer skills.
• Satisfactory performance reviews.
