ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest you serve.
2. Provide a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
3. Project a professional appearance in accordance with dress code and grooming policies.
4. Maintain a neat and clean work area, working safely at all times.
5. Efficiently fill guest orders, including bagging groceries, performing price checks, loading carts, and carry outs.
6. Operate the bottle return area safely and according to company policies.
7. Maintain sufficient stock levels of Front End supplies.
8. Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills. Reliable. Basic literacy and computer skills. Satisfactory performance reviews.
