Job Purpose

To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests’ expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest that you service.
2. Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
3. Project a professional appearance in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy.
4. Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area at all times, following company policies and procedures.
5. Fill all guest orders with care and efficiency, including bagging groceries, performing price checks, loading carts, and carry outs.
6. Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain sufficient stock levels of Front End supplies.
8. Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests effectively.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, reliability, basic literacy, basic computer skills, and satisfactory performance reviews.

Not applicable.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sitting constantly for 5-8 hours.
• Pushing/pulling occasionally for 1-3 hours, up to 50 lbs.
