Total Wine & More is hiring a Cashier in Concord, NH to provide fast and friendly service, process transactions, and help customers with product questions. You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser depending on needs.

About the role

As a Cashier, you play an essential role in the customer service experience by providing customers with fast and friendly service. You will process transactions, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit. While both part‑time and full‑time positions generally focus on being a cashier, you may also be assigned as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate. Internally, you will be referred to Front End Team Member and report to the store management team.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting Loyalty Program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
• Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.

Compensation and Closing Date

Pay Range: $13.75 – $19.25 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Compensation may vary based on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The anticipated close date of this posting is 120 days from the posted date indicated above.
