7th Street Burger is hiring for both part-time and full-time cashiers in our New York locations. You will be the first and last friendly touchpoint for guests, keeping lines moving with accurate orders and fast service.

Pay is $17.50 per hour plus tips, with benefits for full-time staff and a path for growth as the brand expands. If you love people and thrive in a busy, energetic setting, this is your spot.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Cash handling and customer service experience.
• Food handler certification is a plus (we will help you get certified).
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and create a welcoming, high-energy experience.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently.
• Count and close out the register at open and close.
• Keep the counter, lobby, and garbage areas clean throughout your shift.
• Communicate with the cooks to ensure order accuracy and speed.
• Support your teammates and jump in wherever the shift needs you.
