Job summary

Saver Group, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a friendly cashier to deliver excellent customer service, perform checkout procedures, stock shelves, and help maintain the store’s clean and inviting environment.

You will operate a cash register, handle cash, EBT, and card payments accurately, and communicate effectively with customers. Retail experience is preferred; you must be able to stand for long shifts and lift items as required.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and willingness to deal with people every day.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand on feet for entire shift.
• Able to lift all items from belt to basket.

Responsibilities

• Operates a cash register efficiently and performs checkout procedures with accurate handling of cash, EBT, debit/credit cards, and checks.
• Follows all check-out and cash handling procedures and policies.
• Stocks product on platforms, shelving, peg hooks and in baskets or refrigerated cases as needed.
• Communicates in an effective and friendly way to customers.
