Job summary

You'll handle cashier duties, basic clerical work, run reports, contact customers as needed, and assist other departments on projects; must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and learn company software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in clerical, administrative, or office support preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, returns processing, or warehouse support is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service ability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide cashier service to showroom customers.
• General cashiering including handling pick-up, shipping, warranty, and quote orders.
• Clerical duties such as filing, mailing, and organizing.
• Run reports and contact customers when needed.
• Assist with miscellaneous projects and support other departments as required.
