Job Description:

Our franchise organization, MrEats Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral, is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team! The Cashier / Host plays a vital role in creating lasting impressions during guest entry and exit, which influences their likelihood to return.

Guest Service:

• Greet guests upon arrival and invite them to return.
• Assist guests as needed.
• Process GC On the Go To-Go orders.
• Maintain friendly and courteous phone manners.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Understand and perform responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
• Know the buffet offerings, menu items, and prices.

Cleanliness:

• Keep the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas organized and clean.
• Help set up and label buffet items correctly; clean buffets and surrounding areas.
• Follow local health department laws.
• Complete duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.

Operational Excellence:

• Notify the manager when the cash drawer needs to be deposited to prevent theft.
• Ensure the cash drawer balances with daily paperwork.
