Job description

Our franchise organization, Jax, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Guest Service:

1. Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere, personal invitation to return as guests leave.
2. Assist guests as needed.
3. Process GC On the Go To-Go orders.
4. Maintain friendly and courteous communication on the phone.
5. Handle payments accurately.
6. Understand and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
7. Be knowledgeable about the buffet offerings, menu, and prices.

Cleanliness:

1. Keep the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas organized and clean.
2. Assist in setting up the buffet properly and ensure labels are correct; clean buffets and surrounding areas.
3. Follow local health department laws.
4. Perform duties as per roster and maintain cleanliness, service, and quality standards.

Operational Excellence:

1. Notify the manager when cash needs to be deposited to reduce theft risk.
2. Ensure cash drawer balances with daily paperwork.
