Taney County Partnership seeks a friendly Cashier/Guest Services Associate for our winery team in Branson, MO. You will be the first and last contact for guests, delivering exceptional service while processing transactions accurately in a hospitality-driven setting.

The role emphasizes engaging with guests, maintaining a positive attitude, and contributing to a memorable guest experience through wine recommendations and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills with the ability to count back change during cash transactions.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comprehensive knowledge of different types of wine, Missouri varietals, regions and wine-making processes desired.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the winery with warm greetings and a positive attitude.
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using a POS system.
• Verify customers’ age in compliance with alcoholic sales regulations.
• Answer customers’ questions and provide recommendations on wine selections.
• Restock merchandise and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the winery.
