Job summary

K1 Speed in Lees Summit, Missouri is seeking a reliable cashier to join our fast-paced family entertainment center. You will handle customer transactions, operate the Point of Sale system, take orders, prepare food, and keep the area clean while delivering friendly service.

The role includes commissions on race package sales and tips when assigned to the Paddock lounge, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age with reliable transportation.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process orders through the POS.
• Promote and sell race packages, earning commission.
• Coordinate and schedule races accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials.
• Handle credit card transactions accurately.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints in person or by phone.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure timely delivery.
• Keep the Paddock Lounge clean and organized.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
