Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Franklin, TN is seeking a part-time Keyholder to oversee daily cash operations, assist customers, and support store management. This role requires strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus familiarity with the POS system.

You will prepare and balance tills, maintain safety, address guest questions, and resolve complaints while keeping a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to communicate in the facility's predominant language.
• Strong knowledge of the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all required paperwork in an organized and timely manner.
• Provide advice and suggestions to the Manager as needed.
• Promotes good business principles by maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintains a friendly, courteous and cheerful demeanor at all times.
• Assign tills to cashiers and ensure accuracy of cash handling.
• Balance cash receipts and reconcile receipts per policy.
• Monitor workplace safety program.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive service.
• Resolve customer complaints.
