Role Overview: Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering excellent service, taking and entering orders, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness in guest areas.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all training requirements, including Zaxby's Front of House Development Plan and station training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service; greet and thank guests
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
• Accurately process orders and payments, operate POS system, and handle cash responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in guest and work areas
• Assist in food preparation and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Perform all duties with a sense of urgency and safety compliance

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years or older
