We are hiring immediately for a full-time CASHIER position.

Location: Dyersburg Regional Medical Center - 400 East Tickle Street, Dyersburg, TN 38024. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday; hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: No prior experience required. Willing to train!

Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties including transactions, cash verification, giving change, and cash report completion. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform sales transactions efficiently.
2. Accurately enter sales into the register.
3. Make change, accept various payment methods, and issue receipts.
4. Follow procedures for refunds.
5. Interact with customers and resolve complaints courteously.
6. Manage cash funds and receipts, ensuring compliance with standards.
7. Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
8. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
9. Stock pastry case.
10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control.
11. Follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
