Job Title: Cashier

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Cashier position at Morrison Healthcare.

Location

Dyersburg Regional Medical Center - 400 East Tickle Street, Dyersburg, TN 38024. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Pay Range

$15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties, including transactions, cash verification, giving change, and cash report completion. May also perform general food service work, maintaining sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties

• Perform sales transactions efficiently.
• Accurately record all sales in the cash register.
• Handle payments, give change, and issue receipts.
• Process refunds following standard procedures.
• Interact positively with customers and resolve complaints amicably.
• Manage assigned cash funds and receipts, ensuring compliance.
• Observe customer purchases and differentiate portion sizes.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in service areas.
• Stock pastry cases and ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
