Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm.
• Operate the POS to ensure accurate and efficient sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise.
• Encourage customer participation in Change Round Up to support our mission.
• Respond to phone calls while delivering world-class customer service.
• Assist in training new team members and cashiers.
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe sales floor; return unsold merchandise to the floor.
