Goodwill Manasota is seeking a full-time Cashier to greet customers, operate the POS, and help maintain a welcoming store environment. You will handle transactions, encourage round-up donations, and participate in a positive, fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities include assisting in training new cashiers, answering calls with friendly service, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized while supporting Goodwill's mission. Weekend availability preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm.
• Operate the POS to ensure accurate sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise.
• Welcome customers to participate in a Change Round Up to the nearest dollar.
• Respond to phone calls while offering world class customer service.
• Assist in the training of new team members and cashiers.
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe sales floor and return all unsold merchandise to the floor.
