Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Head Cashier to lead front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly and accurate checkout experiences for customers. The role includes supervising cashiers, assisting with price checks and returns, and contributing to a smooth Self-Checkout area.

The Head Cashier also helps train and coach new cashiers, supports the team, and upholds company policies to minimize shrink and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Head Cashier preferred with 1+ years of cashier experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service at checkout and monitor/maintain Self-Checkout area.
• Process Checkout and/or Return transactions and assist in price checks when needed.
• Escalate customer issues to leadership and assist in coaching other cashiers.
