Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Head Cashier to lead front-end operations and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll oversee cashiers, assist with price checks and POS transactions, and help maintain the Self-Checkout area. A strong customer-focus and cashier experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Experience handling checkout/return transactions and price checks.
• Ability to coach and train other front-end associates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process checkout and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area and assist customers.
• Provide first level escalation for customer issues and support Head Cashier in supervision and training.
