Summary : Operates Point of Sale system, assists guests in a friendly and timely manner, and keeps cashier stations clean.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
• Performs general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Checks guests for proper identification.
• Serves hot and cold items to customers.
• Sets up items for purchase on a daily basis.
• Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.
• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts. Also helps prepare catering orders.
• Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items daily. Records replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit. Records refrigerator temperatures daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Assists with catering orders.
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system, maintaining cash accuracy and making deposits.
• Performs general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Sets up serving line, ensures food temperatures are within acceptable ranges, and notifies cooks if not.
• Serves hot and cold items to customers.
• Sets up items for purchase daily.
• Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using FIFO.
• Stocks pantries with correct par levels; records replenishments and refrigerator temperatures daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
