CASHIER/FOOD SVC WORKER - ENERGIZER PARK HOME OF STL CITY SC

Position Title: [[title]]

Pay Range: $18.50 to $18.50

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists guests in a friendly and timely manner, and keeps cashier stations clean.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
2. Performs general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
3. Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
4. Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
5. Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
6. Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
7. Checks guests for proper identification.
8. Serves hot and cold items to customers.
9. Sets up items for purchase on a daily basis.
10. Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.
11. Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Also helps prepare catering orders.
12. Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis. Records replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit. Records refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
2. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
