Job Summary

Operate POS system, assist chefs, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing various foods and catering orders.
2. Handle cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Perform cleaning tasks and manage trash disposal.
4. Provide service across retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Manage cash transactions accurately and handle deposits.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food items.
7. Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks of issues.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Prepare items for sale daily and ensure proper stock rotation.
10. Record refrigerator temperatures and stock levels.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
