• Location: THOP Sierra - 1625 Medical Center Drive, El Paso, TX 79902. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: One year of food service and cashier experience preferred.
• Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, including catering orders.
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
• Performs general cleaning; removes trash and garbage.
• Provides service at retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Cashiers according to procedures, maintains cash accuracy, and makes deposits.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
• Sets up serving line, monitors food temperatures, and notifies cooks if issues arise.
• Serves hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepares items for purchase daily.
• Stocks and rotates refrigerator products per FIFO; records temperatures.
• Replenishes pantry items and records on floor stock forms.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
