Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Location

MUSC Health - Florence Medical Center - 805 Pamplico Highway, Florence, SC 29505. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time; Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with occasional weekend shifts from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements

Previous food service, customer service, cash handling, and food prep experience required. Willing to train!

Pay Range

$13.00 to $14.50 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate Point of Sale system, assist the Chef, prepare coffee, and keep stations clean.
2. Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; assist with catering orders.
3. Perform cashier duties accurately and make deposits at shift end.
4. Maintain cleanliness by performing general cleaning duties and trash removal.
5. Serve customers in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
7. Set up serving lines, ensure food temperatures are within acceptable ranges, and notify cooks if not.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Stock and rotate refrigerator and pantry items using FIFO.
10. Record temperatures and replenishments on floor stock forms daily.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
