Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking team members for retail store positions at our Springfield location. You will work on the front-end, scanning and entering numbers, handling cash, bagging orders, and restocking as directed.

You will promote exceptional customer service, maintain displays, and assist with back-end duties and safety compliance. This role requires the ability to work varied shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without accommodation
• Able to use or learn equipment and tools used for the job
• Complete the company introductory period (30 or 60 days)
• Able to perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards
• Agree to wear proper assigned clothes and shoes
• Have technical training (job specific requirement)

• Review work schedule and equipment at shift start, prepare for duties
• Set up checkout areas and displays as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Tally items, handle cash, give change
• Bag items and move them to carts as necessary
