Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic required.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs unassisted or 15 lbs with assistance as needed.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges.
• Answer customer questions and provide help at checkout.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and environment.
