Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Food handler certification is a plus (we will help you get certified).

Responsibilities

What started as a single East Village shop has grown into 30+ locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston, and DC, with plans to scale throughout the Northeast. **What you'll do:**

• Greet every customer and create a welcoming, high-energy experience. .
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system. .
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently. .
• Count and close out the register at open and close. .
• Keep the counter, lobby, and garbage areas clean throughout your shift. .
• Communicate with the cooks to ensure order accuracy and speed. .
• Support your teammates and jump in wherever the shift needs you. .

**What you'll bring:**

• A positive, customer-first attitude and reliable attendance. .
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or retail environment preferred. .
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred. .
