Job summary

7th Street Burger is seeking enthusiastic cashiers to be the face of the shop, with both part-time and full-time options. You will greet customers, enter orders into our POS, handle cash and card payments, and keep the store clean while maintaining high energy during busy periods.

We offer a fast-growing brand environment, with late-night shifts and opportunities for growth as we expand across NY/NJ/DC. Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred and food handler certification is a plus;

Qualifications

• Cash handling and card payments experience.
• Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, high-energy experience.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently.
• Count and close out the register at open and close.
• Keep the counter, lobby, and garbage areas clean throughout your shift.
• Communicate with the cooks to ensure order accuracy and speed.
• Support your teammates and jump in wherever the shift needs you.
