Qualifications

• Prior experience handling money and operating a register is preferred.
• Candidate must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-day paperwork with accurate change.
• Assist with deli prep and food preparation as needed.
• Handle, prepare, and serve food following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, stocked fountain drink station, coffee bar, and coolers.
• Inspect restrooms and lounge areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Clean front entry, windows, and interior/exterior spaces as required.
• Rotate and stock inventory on shelves and cooler doors.
• Maintain Oklahoma ABLE license and food handler certification.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain professional appearance.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
