Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Member to assist customers at check-out, bag groceries, and support the customer service desk. The role requires ensuring friendly, efficient service while adhering to health, safety, and SOPs.

You will help maintain displays and support company programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include cash handling, training new teammates, and ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Check out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain front end areas, stock, and signage; assist training of new cashiers.
• Assist with managing customer flow and reduce waiting times.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell when appropriate.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties with accuracy; report hazards.
