Job summary

Nation’s Best is seeking a customer-focused store associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and process transactions. You will engage with shoppers, offering personalized information and upselling where appropriate to enhance the experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in using computers and operating POS systems.
• Results-oriented with the ability to serve stores with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best’s values.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing 25-50 pounds, and perform tasks like bending, twisting, squatting and reaching throughout the shift.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate business needs.
