Job summary

Nation’s Best is hiring for a full-time warehouse/store associate in Texas. You will assist customers, load and load-out products, and help keep the yard organized and inventory accurate. Forklift operation may be required; lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance is expected. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often needed.

Prior construction or building materials experience is helpful but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent completes the baseline requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience preferred (1+ year).
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers.
• Willingness to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with great service by helping them find products and loading purchases into vehicles.
• Load materials safely and ensure items are packed for transport.
• Keep the yard organized and easy to locate items.
• Assist with deliveries and unload products, drive forklifts or company vehicles as needed.
• Help with inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Support other tasks and safety rules as directed by management.
