Position Overview

The Cashier & Customer Service Associate role primarily involves clerical duties and customer service within our retail showroom office, including but not limited to:

1. Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
2. Handling heavy phone work, including answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers regarding showroom business.
3. Calling customers to confirm order status, delivery, and product service.
4. Operating and balancing the computerized cash register.
5. Data entry using the company's computerized point of sale system and other programs to process sales orders and customer inquiries.

Additional Requirements

Must be flexible with hours to accommodate retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be capable of performing various general office activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Excellent customer service skills are essential for dealing with customers via phone and in person.

Cashier and computer experience are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
